The role I have is as a track apprentice, this involves doing track related btech courses.
I have learnt a lot more engineering specifics in regards to materials and mechanical principles.
The programme is satisfying and gives a sense of achievement.
Network rail give the impression that we are valued assets which they want to utilise
The course is well organised apart from the tranisition move to Coventry but this has caused minimal disruption.
As much as an individual requires.
As mentioned above as much as you require.
It covers all costs required for living in the first year.
