My role is a business admin apprentice. I complete a rotation of 4 placements around the submarines business unit, with small extra placements. I complete normal admin duties such as diary management, document control, events organisation and budget control.
I have learnt lots of new skills aswell as developing skills i already had.
I really enjoyed my apprenticeship.
I would say i feel valued by BAE Systems.
The apprenticeship could be organised a bit more prior to the start. Some parts can be a bit last minute.
I recieve a lot of 1:1 or group support from my training provider. I have recieved more now i am approaching the end of my apprenticeship.
I recieve a lot of support from my employer
The salary i recieve is very good.
