I have enjoyed a majority of the programme, but there has also been times in which it has been rather boring. This relates to work you will be given on various sections, others being better than others.
Some department I have felt valued, and felt like I have been given challenges to complete tasks, thus making me feel valued. However there has been times in which no work that has a use has been issued to me, thus making me feel wasted in terms of tasks.
The plan is well structured with various departments to enable an insight into the business. More engaging tasks relating to future of products
A review once every two months or so. Training provider is on site once every two weeks, so very hard to get hold when needed.
Support from employees is very good. However a review once every two months or so with training provider. Training provider is on site once every two weeks, so very hard to get hold when needed.
The salary package is fine as of now, main issue is relating to final salary upon comng out of the apprenticeship.
The only opportunities are what is available within the apprenticeship framework. There are courses that can be undertaken, however they are not always available to us.
Yes
Overall, the employees are very helpful and can teach alot about the process and products. The job can sometimes be very enjoyable, it just relies on what task it might be.
Consider what you want to do within Rolls-Royce and understand where it can take you. Always pick something that enables progression.
