    • I am currently in a placement which provides Programme Management supprot to all the Project Management functions within the business

    • I am currently enjoying it a lot more as i have been in the business for 6 months and feel settled!

    • Could be better structure/organisation regarding what happens after the apprenticeship when it comes to top up degrees etc

    • A lot of support

    • Regular reviews to measure progress and satisfaction

    • I live at home so don't have to pay rent however for those that do it could be just enough

    • Good opportunities with STEM work etc

    • Yes

    • Good, supportive company to work for

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?

    • If applying to the apprenticeship scheme i would suggest they practice the online tests before they do them as i found them challenging
