I enjoy the variety of placements I have been able to experience throughout my programme. All the teams I have worked in have been very supportive and friendly which makes the programme much more enjoyable. The company has a great culture which makes it an enjoyable place to work. The apprenticeship has met my expectations
I feel valued and appreciated on the projects I have worked. All managers in my placements have been very supportive. Sometimes I do not feel fully valued/respected by the Learning and Development team as I feel they often see my opinion as just a 'trainee' rather than a full time employees opinion.
Due to the programme being new there was some difficulties with organisation when I first started. However this has since been improved. Generally the programme is well organised and structure now.
I receive enough support. I am offered more support when I say I am struggling.
I receive a good level of support.
The salary meets my cost for living at home. However it would be difficult to live independently on the salary (especially at the start of the scheme)
