We are based in the training centre at the moment, so I am not sure of my role at the moment. I have been alighned to the Development sector in Civil Large Engines.
I am currently based in the workshop, so have learnt many new skills such as turning, milling and welding. I have also developed softer skills: including leadership and more team based roles.
I really enjoy my work and am looking forward to seeing where I will end up!
I have not started my work placements yet, so am not sure! Time will tell.
