Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice, involved going to different businesses to gain experiance of the tasks that are involved in being a manufacturing engineer and then ultimately getting a job once completing a work based NVQ.
NVQ and other qualifications aswell as experiance in work
It is overall a good programme
I feel fairly valued by rolls royce
the structure is fairly organised, although there is room for improvement
You recieve an acceptable level of support
you have support from your employer and access to help and guidance from your ADL
the salary meets your costs of living, but does not leave you with much spare change.
there are oppourtunities to go to STEM events and tell others about your experiances etc

it is a good reputable company
be yourself and most importantly have the motivation to achieve success in life.
