I am an apprentice Manufacturing engineer, my roles include running yield improvement trials, validating equipment and new parts and supporting production. i am responsible for ensuring trials run smoothly and assisting the engineering team to meet their targets.
I have developed many skills through the apprenticseship including communication and confidence. i have taken part in many internal and external training coures, and i believe the level of training rolls-royce delivers is second to none. we take part in two outward bound experiences which were brilliant fun.
I love the work i get to do, the responsibility is huge considering my experience and there is alot of trust. the company is fantastic and prestigeous. the team i work with are ace and we often do out of work activites together.
