Year 2 CAPEX apprentice. I work with the team on track. Internally I interact with my team and my supervisor. There are no real external interactions. Only responsibility is to learn from my team leader.
I have learnt some railway specific competencies. I also did a BTEC in the first year.
The majority of the time the programme is enjoyable.
I feel appreciated when I learn skills to help the team.
The first year was very well organised but in the second year it was a bit difficult at the start as I was not sure who structured my training but that was sorted.
Babcock is gives support when asked.
I receive support from my team.
The salary is fine for me.
In the first year there was but not after that.
Yes
Its a good company to work for, especially if you want to stay with them for a long time.
Hope for the best.
