I would have a variety of different jobs around the store each day, from till work to working stock to shelves. Some days I would also have to help with the delivery. I really enjoyed my time working here as everyone is always willing to help out everyday if you need them.
I have increased my confidence and learnt many new skills such as: till training, key control, store standards, stocktakes, pick lists and handling money.
I enjoyed this programme quite a lot due to everyone being friendly and helpful.
I feel like the store I completed the programme in value me quite well due to them not wanting me to leave and also the company overall have been great.
I believe my programme was extremely well organised and structured due to my assessor being able to tell me exactly what I needed to do and also the time limit I had to do it along with helping me to the best of her ability.
I receive quite abit of support, I get an hour per week to complete my work in my folder and also have support whilst on the shop floor doing day to day tasks.
Due to my training provider and employer being the same I receive the same support as stated above in the previous question.
My salary is quite low, however due to still living at home at the moment it works out fine as I have money to easily get me through till the next payday

I believe savers is a great place to work as they support you throughout your time there, also everyone who works there is friendly and easy to get along with. You also get some great deals/offers whilst working at savers due to you getting a staff discount card for superdrug.
I would advise them that it is hard work, but that it is also very rewarding to work as part of the savers team as each store is like a little family. You also get more than enough help throughout the time you are there with anything you need.
