Attaining ATT qualification Improving my knowledge of Excel
I enjoy working with my team and the responsibilities I have been given. I feel that the apprenticeship did not meet my expectations. I was given the impression that although there was going to be some effort in terms of producing the evidence work, I feel that the effort that needs to be put in from the apprentices has been vastly underestimated. Therefore, I do not enjoy the apprenticeship, but i enjoy the work I do as a consultant within my team.
I feel appreciated by my team, not necessarily by the firm.
The appropriate training, induction and study materials have been provided. However, as this is the first year of implementation, some aspects of the course feels rushed and not very well thought out as a result.
A lot of support has been provided to us from our training provider with the right amount of guidance and with a helpful attitude.
The managers, senior managers and directors within my team all provide me with the support I need on a daily basis. I have not needed support from the HR team and therefore cannot provide comment.
I feel that the starting salary is a little low, as I was originally given information about a different salary level, however, the course was changed at the last minute and I was informed of a vast drop in salary.
There are plenty of activities to choose from. Lanuage classes, social events and clubs, company events, company activities, volunteer events. However, i feel that there could be other activities, such as supporting the local community by helping out in an elderly residential home. I would feel more motivated to participate in a voluntary activity if there was a recipient who directly benefited from the activity.
