Technical Trainee Odd jobs such as formatting documents to doing basic drawings on CAD
Developing CAD skills and working towards a BTEC in civil engineering
The team is fantastic in both support and attitude, the company culture is good and I can see myself working here for the foreseeable future.
Well valued but promotional and pay increase routes need to be clarified.
College was a little shaky at the start but is improving. Support from mentors is good.
