Train to become a Emergency Gas Engineer, reporting to gas escapes and other infill work. Involves training at inhouse training centres and on job training.
Developed IT skills but mostly practial skills on job, use of various tools and specialist equipment all within required producures.
Generally very good, very good trainers who relate to you and your job and get to meet people from all ages who you become freinds with very quickly.
Feel like the future of the company, and that theres a place to be at the end of the 2 years. A exiting job to look forward too.
Sometimes things are changed at the last minuite but this is understandable due to size of the company, although sometimes it needs to be considered in advance on cost of resources, distance and time lost.

More than the average salary by a long shot, feel very rewarded for the pay and reflects the work that we do including the benifits of this.
Oppotunities including voulenteering, an exmaple of this includws helping younger people to make the desicion of doing an apprentship at large and small events.
