I see customers everday, face-to-face, general admin duties.
I have became more confident and learned different systems
I find it enjoyable, although the work load from the qualifications can be quite high

It is a bit spaced out and it was a bit unorganised at the start but this has now calmed down
We see our HNC tutor once a month and the same with our NVQ tutor but it can sometimes be hard to get a hold of them for questions
I feel that I recieve a lot of support from my line manager
It is a very good starting salary for an apprentice
