My job role is Management apprentice. The daily tasks I'm learning are till counting, manage other employees and take on other instructions. The interactions I have with my colleagues are approachable if needed help or advice from me.Other interactions I have are customers which I'm friendly to help when needed information on product news or making complainants.
The training that I have receive is internal which I been learning how to operate till counting, manage other employees and taking on other reasonability's.Outside the store the training that I've receive are going to team building exercises by the Area Managers to learn about the company and the positions to take on in the Future as Assistant/Store manager.
The work that I been given by my boss is suitable to my position as a Management Apprentice as I am learning to become a full time Deputy Manager which I'm enjoying. When working as a team I'm fair with my colleagues and getting along with them as we are working together. When working at Aldi it a quick pace and energetic vibe to work in which it makes day go fast when being on task.
The way I feel about Aldi valuing me is great. As I receive a lot of support from my Store manager and the management team, this tells me I am being valued. This makes me want to put the time and effort into the store wherever it is required.Customers show this by asking my advice or thanking me when I have give them the store service they expect when shopping with Aldi.Learning new tasks can be a little scary it is the not knowing but there is always someone to ask.Colleagues can give you some good advice and tips how to tackle a project with a positive approach.
my programme is very well structured and simply to follow.
I get support when we review the progress I have made post the previous meeting.
I get full support from my Store and Area manager when asking for guidance.
My salary that I get is reasonable which I am happy with, it gives me the opportunities to afford by living and traveling to places when being out side of work.
They is a company event which is know as a team building excise which happens every year. When I am on a day off a genially spend playing my electric guitar or go out to places with friends.
