I am a compliance caseworker in hidden economy. On a day to day basis this normally involves going out to meet customers, working on cases and always completing my training programme. Aswell as working on my apprenticeship.
I have improved my time keeping immensely as I'm currently undertaking 3 qualifications and as such need to use my time wisely
I enjoy it as it's quite varied and I get to do a lot of different tasks as part of my apprenticeship and as working in hidden economy.
I feel very valued, I feel that I'm integrating in to the team well and have received positive feedback from my manager.
I feel it could be improved as there seems to be times when people aren't certain on when and what needs to be done. There also sometimes seems to be a delay in communication.
They are very accessible, however I do sometimes feel on the classroom events.. we could do with learning more that is useful for our assignments.
I feel very well supported, my manager appreciates that I have additional work to do and as such gives me the time to complete it.
It meets it perfectly. It is in a good location, so it doesn't cost too much to get there. The salary is also a lot higher than the average apprenticeship and as such helps with living costs and social costs.
Yes, there are always things to get involved in both as part of my main job and the apprenticeship program.
Yes
It's a good place to work with plenty of opportunities.
Make sure you stand out from the rest, and don't get disheartened if you don't hear anything straight away. There is usually a reserve list so you might be successful later on.
