I am a sales assistant and my day to day activivities include: customer service, selling, putting out deliveries and housekeeping
I have learnt lots of new skills and really built my confidence. I now know what it is like to work in a team and have really improved on my IT skills by using the tills and the HHT to do lots of jobs in the store.
I like love working at Savers and have really enjoyed the training programme
Highly valued
Very well organised. My Assessor visited every month and set me work. It was good because I learned in store and from my Assessor but it wasn't like being at school or college and I didn't feel under pressure. There was always someone to help Lp
Lots of support both on visits and in between Visits by text and phone calls.
My Employer was really supportive too and helped
It could be better although it was great when it was increased last year.
Yes I have had lots of opportunities for team building
Yes
I found it a really enjoyable experience
Be yourself because no one judges you. Be honest and enjoy it.
