Job title: Executive Job role: Work closely with a number of clients to independently review their service charge. I get to go on client visits and managed to get stuck in from day 1
Yes get to have CFAB, qualify for ACA and also am doing a higher apprenticeship. Have already done 1 exam and am a quarter way through the apprenticship
I really enjoy the work and the team that I work with and the company culture is really good. Did meet expectations.
I feel like a play and important role within the team and we always get recognised for good work.
It is well structured however as only the second year of doing the school leaver programme we are unsure what the later year (4 and 5) will involve. We get plenty of time for study for the exams and there is a lot of support both in the office which I work and nationally.
We have regular meetings with an assessor regarding the apprenticeship and we know that we can always contact them if needs be.
We get a good level of support and we know who the best people are to direct study related questions to and where to access support. Overall a good attitude to supporting us
Because I still live at home I am able to save more money than others but I think it's 'competitive' however I feel that for the location, it could be higher. Even though Bristol is further away from London than other places, it's still expensive to live in.
There are lots of social events and team drinks but there probably could be more. There is a good work/life balance so you still have time to do the activities that you want outside of work
Yes
Good environment to work in and very supportive
Just show how friendly and genuine you are and that you want to work hard and there are lots of oppourtunties that are rewarding.
