Completing assignments set by the assessor set for a certian due date. These will usually be work related such as organising a meeting or health and safety etc.
I have learnt many skills, but inpaticular it has significantly improved my Excel skills.
I enjoy the programme a lot as the deadlines are fair and gives you time to complete the assignments.
I feel very valued and accepted into the team.
It is very well structured.
We receive a litle bit of support but feel we could do with s ome more.
My employer gives me a lot of support when I require it.
The salary is okay. Although the cost of living is quite expensive, I can still get by.
There are a lot of opportunities outside of work!
