I am part of the OLE team in York, I often do the CAD side of the projects making changes to layoung plans and cross sections.
I have learnt how to use MicroStation and use the plotter
I enjoy what i am doing, the work i do is interesting and keeps me thinking and my colleagues are all very helpful.
I feel fairly valued! The team i am in give me lots of work that is important to the projects, this makes me feel valued.
Very well. I always know exactly what i need to do and my bosses are always up to date with where i am at.
A lot! I have regular meeting with him to disccus all parts of the projects.
A lot!Everyone in my office are always here to help and give me lots of advice and support on how to do things properly.

Arup have helped me develop as an engineer in just the few months i have been here, they have helped me out with all parts of work and everyone within the company are great, overall for me Arup is a great company to work for and I have no reason not to recommend them.
