  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Overall I think the programme has been well structured. Before starting at Aon we had a two week induction which involved team building with other apprentices and technical training. This allowed us to understand our roles before entering the office. The training in the office has also been well orgainised as it is varied and I always have work to do. As well as doing work my manager has helped me by allowing me to work with other areas in the office and attend relevant training sessions. I think the technical training in London has not been as organised as previous years, but hopefully will improve.
