I had to learn all the technical theory behind aviation, including legislation and all the hands on mechanical processes
the hands skillset I now have id fantastic and the knowledge that I have as well as the skills are fully transferable
its the best decision I have made with my life
we very often feel ignored my management, but always respected and valued by our supervisors
very well structured, bit too long tho
we receive no support from our training provider
our employer has a welfare officer and we receive all the support we need from them
for the first year it is ok, but for the second year, it is wholly insufficient, we need to be on at least 20+k as assuming we will house share is unacceptable
I have a lot of transferable skills that I can transfer outside of the company
Yes
the opportunities are fantastic
put the hard work in early, talk to your mentors; if they don't know it, it isn't worth knowing
