The role will be that of an Audit Trainee, which will involve assisting in various ways on an audit. This is achieved via interactions with clients generally off site, while working in small teams.
Many skills in terms of numeracy and accountancy have been built upon to a large extent. These skills are invaluable and are relied upon heavily for the job. Skills in terms of customer interaction are also a necessity which are developed by BDO well.
The program is very enjoyable and the company culture is one of the best around. I feel valued as an individual and have so far worked well with every other employee I've met. It has exceeded my expectations.
The tasks carried out by myself so far have all played a part within a project and have received very positive feedback from peers in regards to my work. As an individual I do feel valued.
The programme is structured well and the organisation is first class. There is a mentor system in place, with various training available and support for studying.
There is a high level of positive support available if required and there is great ease in gaining support.
There is a generally positive attitude towards problems and there is always someone willing to help. The HR team are professional, yet still remaining friendly and open. The support is exemplary.
The starting salary meets costs of all nature very well.
There are numerous company event and activities which almost everyone gets involved with in one way or another. There are a great deal of events which brings peers together.

Due to their strong company culture, organisation, determination and respect for their employees. Coupled with a great sense of who they are and how they aid in facilitating the growth of the individual.
To say yes to as many opportunities as possible and in regards to the application process to stay calm through the interviews. As at the end of the day the person sat opposite you has been through the process before at some point and are always friendly.
