I am currently working in the Inventory team as a Stock Analyst. This involves communicating with 3rd parties and reconciling many accounts. I have contact with many internal and external teams. I am about to move onto a Intercompany Profit Tracking project.
I am currently working on CIMA qualification with 1 exam to go in order to be certificate qualified. I've participated in many courses internally such as Excel and presentation skills workshops.
I enjoy the work environment and also the day to day task differ which adds variety to the programme. Current team are helpful and approachable, it exceeded any expectations I previously had and I enjoy it
By presenting in front of the finance leadership team and receiving good feedback I feel very valued within the company. Appreciation on a monthly basis from manager in catch up meetings.
I had an induction on our first team and were given all the support I needed. The studying is well structured and explained well. I had a support team member available to contact at all times.
I study live online and receive support from the tutors through email and the live online website. They have also answered any questions I have had and are always keen to here how your getting on
My manager is very supportive with my programme and has shown an interest in it from the start. Very approachable when it comes to queries regarding the apprenticeship
As I am still living at home, my salary covers my living costs however if I decided to move out it would be a struggle to live in the London suburbs.
There are many company activities to get involved with including charity work and lots of visits to schools/colleges to promote the apprenticeship.

Really sell yourself as there its lots of competition. Ask lots of questions and gain as much knowledge as possible. Put everything into the onboarding process as this sets you up for your day to day work
