I am a logistics assistant, my dailys task mainly consist of reporting on daily information, working on a helpdersk answering queries. The majority of my interactions are with the dealer network and outside the company.
I now have a level 2 NVQ qaulification. Training courses i have completed are, a phone traning course, 'about the brands' course. I have been able to develop my skills within excel and am confident in this program, i have also learnt how to use system called 'dialog' which i am now confident in using and can use well.
I enjoy the repsonsibilites i have been given, i do not feel like a trainee i feel like a member of the team. My department was welcoming and i felt comfortable straight away. The apprenticeship has exceeded my expectations and i am very pleased.
I am shown daily appreciation by my team and managment when i complete tasks. I also feel my work is appriciated, used and help my team.
There is a good plan in place for my programme. My NVQ is well organised so i know what needs completing by when etc. My daily tasks were made clear from the start and i have regular meetings with my managment to keep me up to date with any changes.
I am able to get in touch with my trainer at all times. He responds quickly to my queries and i feel supported by him.
My managment are very supportive, they are always around to help me if i am stuck or to praise me once i have completed work. They are also aware of my wants for the future and have taken an active rold in helping me look to opportunities.
The salary is very good, i know from the past looking at other pay packages PSA really stood out.
I have been to a few events with work, these weres awards nights to praise the work my team had done for the year.

This is a well run business with many opportunities. I felt i have gained alot from this experience and have learnt many skills and grown alot since begining work here.
It is definately worth your time. Be confident and relaxed. Although this seems like a large company that may ben intimidating the staff are lovely, they are welcoming and understand what position you are in. Take all advise you can get and enjoy your time.
