First year E&I apprentice, various training courses and on-job training.
I have already learned a wide range of Electrical and Electronic theory and practical skills.
I enjoy my programme very much.
The training and resources made available to me make me feel very valued by National Grid.
The programme is run by a friendly team of people who organise the course well; everything is clear and understandable.
I recieve as much support as I need from my training provider.
My employer offers me an excellent level of support.
The salary/package is adequate for my needs.
