I am a Signalling apprentice. I am currently learning about all aspect to do with signalling in the railway industry
I have learnt a lot of new skills here that will definitely help me with my career in the future.
I do enjoy this programme a lot . However, it can get repetative and a tad depressing.
I feel that i am extremely valued by network rail jugding by the amount of money they spend on my progression.
I feel that the programme is very well structured, however the structure isnt excuted as well as it could be.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. However it could be better.
I receive plenty of support from my employer. I have no concerns over that.
My salary is not very extravagant and therefore i struggle to use it for anything other that food or bills.
There are a few opportunities outside of work. I have no issues with this.

It's a very good company to work for and i would definitely recommend this apprenticeship to my friends.
Try your best and work hard to gain all skills and knowledge needed to have a long and successful career.
