  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed different skills such as picking which I have never done before, I have learnt about the stock intake and how to deal with it. I have also had the opportunity to develop my life skills such as my communication skills as I find it easier to interact with other employees now compared to when I started. I have earned my first year in qualification for the apprenticeship so once i have been through the first year round of training I will go onto the second year of training where my skills will be more tested i will be excepted to hit targets and understand my role in more depth.
