I am tasked with the same roles that graduates undertake within the company, sometimes more advanced jobs than that of my peers. It involves using excel to analyse and interpret company data, as well as ensuring it is correct.
Improved client communication and working in large groups. There is lots of work involved within role specific software, as well as using excel.
There is a very supportive atmosphere and everyone is very helpful. We are in a large intake group so there is always social events outside of work also.
They look after us incredibly well and I feel like a trusted full member of my team. If I have any questions, it is possible to speak with someone and solve them.
Regular contact with line manager, as well as close relationhip with mentor. Designated meetings and catch up sessions throughout the programme.
Attended 2 weeks of college tuition in relation to the ACA exams provided by Kaplan, who set us homeworks and regularly go back to visit for more tuition.
Induction training over 2 weeks when first joining, as well as on going training and E-learnings spread throughout the years. They are compulsory.
By living at home I have no rent to pay, thus it is only travel expenses and this is more than covered by my annual/monthly salary paid to be my Deloitte.
Charity days as well as team bonding away days. Regularly hold department drinks and events to ensure morale is high and networking opportunities.

The support of a intake group and mentor, as well as challenging and rewarding work make for a very well rounded experience and one which I have thoroughly enjoyed.
Look willing and do full research on the department you are applying for. Professional and representable for a client facing role are key qualities.
