My role as an emergency response apprentice is to shadow real FCO's on patch and learn from them how to do their job as they are teaching me as well as me having training at our own centres, this invloves being on patch (home area) and travelling to centres based in Manchester, Eakring, and Hitchin where i get more training.
As i have just come out of school so t is all brand new to me and everything i learn is a new skill.
I am very happy with my programme and love my future prospects after dealing first hand what it will be like
I feel extremely valued as a National Grid employe and am given many opportunities to excell myself
It is fairly structured well, however a lot of things have been moved round at last minute which cause issues
As much as i require. And even more if its needed.
Meets the extremely well, cant complain.

Yes
Great place to work and feel valued.
