Social Business Analyst Using tools to answer market research questions for business partners. Interact with line manager and brand managers work with external agencies Responsible for digital displays, Brand related briefs. Projects: brand dashboards for multiple walls ice cream brands, campaign tracking for magnum I create dashboards using a tool and interact with agencies to complete briefs.
I have developed my IT skills by learning how to use Boolean coding and use a range of tools, I have learnt about data analysis and marketing. have been on training courses with a range of different tools and am on a Consumer Market insights course.
The culture and the team are amazing and so welcoming, exceeded all expectations, was made a part of the team from the get go.

very organised, set expectations of what I need to do and produce, frequent meetings to see how I am getting on and constant support via email and phone.
I get feedback when I submit work and can always email or call them
Line manager is great with support and I can always get help from her if needed, I am constantly being pushed by her which is perfect for my development.
Travel is a large cost for me as I have to commute into London. And it could be a little more. However I can make do with what I am getting. But the other unseen costs do catch me out, I.e going for a lunch or a drink that wasn't budgeted.
Plenty of company events, sports, volunteering, away days etc.

Stick at it, long and hard recruitment process but it is worth the work, they want the best, and don't worry about not knowing, its a risk and well worth taking
