I am a trainee associate and complete tasks involving both tax numbers and administration. I go out to meet clients and work closely with them but spend the majority of my time in the office working with the team there.
I have developed many skills and been on various training courses relating to my role. I have worked towards the ATT and a level 4 business diploma.
I enjoy working for the company and everyone I work with. There's a great sense of team work. The company culture is also great and it's clear that development is key.
I do feel valued by PwC and feel that my contribution to work does not go unnoticed.
Before the induction there seemed to be a lack of organisation but from the induction onwards there has been lots of support. The studying is very well organised.
There are loads of opportunities outside work. There are sports and social events and clubs but also programmes that allow you to get involved in other lines of service and manager roles.
Yes
There's a good work environment at PwC and there's a lot of opportunity - social opportunities and opportunities to advance your career.
