Yes - attended college for personal tax (learnt a lot) and also have attended training courses in relation to my LoS - has helped me understand things in meetings.
I enjoy my programme - however sometimes i find there is very little work for me to do in the office, i like learning and being kept busy.
- My manager is always checking to see if i am happy / if i need any help with anything. - internal recognition is good, i have built relationships throughout the whole office - not much involvement in tasks
i think my programme is very well strucutred in terms of college and training courses however i think there is a lack of work for junior team members.
- receive a lot of support during college days, however none when out of college.
- guidance with problems is good - buddy was very helpful - manager is always helpful
- i think that my salary is good for my age however if someone were to be living on their own / away from home the salary would not get them very far.
- there are always recruiment events taking place at schools which i can offer to help in
