Pressure control and storage apprentice Maintain the distribution gas network including pressure reduction sites.
Maintaining gas systems. Gain a BTEC level 3 in mechanical engineering. Courses are thorough and well taught.
The work is excellent and enjoyable however you do spend a lot of time away from home. It has met my expectations.
We are valued as without us the network would not be maintained.
Its good as we get a yearly plan of what we are doing in advance.
We have programme managers, line managers, mentors and tutors that all provide support to get through the program. They are willing to go out of their way to help us.

The salary/package meets my costs incredibly well. We are on a good annual salary that increases yearly. We get paid a set amount per mile for each journey company related. The wage allows me to live comfortably and not worry about if I will be able to pay my bills.
