I enjoy engaging with my colleagues and the atmosphere within work. The company has high ambitions and is well driven, this motivates me to work harder in order to make the most of the impressive projects I am working on. My main issue with the work is that it is not consistent, I often have periods when I am not busy. During this time I can become slightly demotivated and bored.
I feel well valued by the teams I have worked within, and I receive regular benefits for my hard work from the company
It is well organized in areas, however, there is no defined learning programme in the work place, it is down the cadets to drive this themselves
