Trainee Associate Auditor Due to working on various clients my day to day tasks are never the same. I regularly work with my exec and managers and communicate about the position my work is in. I also interact with the client to gain evidence I need for me to document my work.
Confidence & Communication - Regular communication with the client has increased my confidence and communication skills. presentation - I have given a presentation in my old school about EY school leaver program. Independence -
I enjoy having a great deal of responsibility as it makes me feel like I am an integral part of the team. I also, enjoy working with different people as I helps me improve mu communication skills. EY is a very friendly and helpful place to work due to everyone wanting everyone to succeed.
I am given a great deal of responsibility and my work is a key part of the audit and therefore this leads me to feel valued an part of the team.
Very organised, I am aware of the exam structure and training that I am scheduled to follow.
Kaplan are always available to support me in my exams whenever I need them to.
The support I have received from EY is second to none and I feel that this has been the best part of joining EY. I couldn't recommend EY enough in terms of supporting new joiners.
I feel my salary is adequate to meet my costs due to the fact I am still living at home.
There are many regular events such as socials and voluntary events which EY run.
