Working as part of the Audit department splitting my time between working from the office and working at client sites at many different locations.
I have both learnt a huge number of job relate skills and built on existing skills such as computer based skills and personal skills when interacting with clients.
I really enjoy the program and I have no regrets in choosing this over a university degree,
Very valued and this is seen through all the events organised by GT to thank us for our work and commitment.
Very well structured with school leavers doing two levels of AAT and then ACA all whilst working full time, but without putting too much stress on the work life balance.
Kaplan provides the training and they are great for support as you are given a number of contacts you can speak to regarding anything training related.
If support is needed it can be received from line managers, HR, training managers or just any staff you have got to know in your time with GT.
Salary far exceeds costs with salary being more than sufficient to cover the costs of the city you work in and allow for disposable income.
There are as many opportunities as you want to get involved in whether it be recruitment, charity work sport or just social events.
Yes
Because they have been the perfect fit for me and as a school leaver scheme provider they tick all the boxes by being a very highly respected firm and at the same time a very social and friendly place to join.
Do your background reading, prepare for the interview as much as you can and relax as the interviewer will be looking at you as a person as much as they look at your accomplishments and merits.
