I am an Engagement architect, and deal with RFS requests. I produce solutions to these requests. It is a ver customer facing role and I have to translate business language in to a technical language for my reports that I produce. I really enjoy the role

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far on the scheme and hope that is continues.

I regularly go on training course in order to increase my development, I really cannot fault this area.
The support that IBM give is great.
Starting salary is good, although haven't yet received a pay rise. This was never promised to me and was made clear there are a lot of factors that can effect this, but it still would have been nice.
There are regular voluntary opportunities you can take part in, and also giveback.

IBM have given me the best opportunity I have ever had, and so far the experience has been superb.
Take time over the application process and prepare for the assessment center. Be patient while applying, it seems long winded at the time but is 100% worth the wait!
