Maintenance Apprentice, completing task on aircraft, interactions with multiple levels in the MAI hierarchy, aircraft safety, tool tagging, operating inline with data modules and compliance.
I have developed skills further during the first year of my apprenticeship during the workshop modules and new skills have been obtained when taking part in the Forward Course.
The job and the team i work with are both excellent. It has exceeded my expectations.
With concentration being on all apprentices to complete their training to a high standard, I feel very valued in the company.
Initially i found the programme very well organised but during the closing months it seemed to lose its way as some of us completed the work before others.
Anything we required.
I never required direct support but was assured it would be available should it be needed.
The salary is fantastic in comparison to other apprenticeships.
Many additional courses available.
Yes
A fantastic career opportunity.
