Fabricator Review

I am employed by BAE as an apprentice fabricator, my daily task involve burning and welding also I have to read drawings mark out and level up units making sure that everything is within the specified tolerance

I have had a great opportunity to develop my communication skills aswell as my confidence by being able to take part in extra curriculum work. this work required me to prepare task and designate them to team members as well as doing talks.

I have enjoyed my apprenticeship and I have taken every opportunity to gain the maximum experience from it, I have always looked for new ways to develop my skills

I feel like a valued member of Bae and I feels like my skills and knowledge gained will help me to progress

the apprenticeship programme is very well organised and I feel it allows apprentices to get the full potential out of the programme.

i feel that the wage provided as an apprentice is very good, once a qualified tradeperson the wage i feel is slightly low for the cost of normal living especially when slightly older
