Working on the helpdesk answering calls to help solve users issues.
I have learnt a lot of skills from ICT, Communication skills and being able to work better.
I enjoy the programme a lot so far as it has allowed me to gain crucial experience and training that i would not have got through college.
Even though i am an apprentice i do not feel like i am treated any differently to any other member of staff
It is all laid out and structured when the training is and when we are working.
I have recieved a lot of support from baltic with trainers with one to one support, handouts, powerpoints and online resources.
A lot of support with there being a dedicated onboarding and support team.
It is extreamly well paying compared to similar apprenticeships and also travel expenses are all covered.
As of right now i am unsure as this company is yet to be explored by myself.
Yes
So far this has been a great company to work for and i look forward to working with the company longer.
Be yourself and be prepared to work hard.
