IT Help desk analyst helping caller request and problems
I have developed many new skills, bith technically and personally, there are now many different applications I have experience with, and I have also developed personally with my confidence and how to speak to clients/customers/workers
Loved my programme, it will help me get to where I want to be and has helped me learn new skills for life
I feel very valued at Capgemini, they invest a lot of money on each apprentice and you are treated like a worker
The programme was very well organised, our team leader at Capgemini put in a lot of work to make sure each week we were learning different topics during our training, making sure our inteoduction was fun and enjoyable
You recieve a lot of support if needed, Baltic will always offer extra support and help when someone needs it, even team memebers will offer support for you which is a good thing to have
Capgemini are a very supportive company, Line managers and team leaders have and always will offer support to anyone in any situation, they are very understandable which is good to have
The salary was extremely good!! Compared to other apprenticeships this is the best one to get!! Even during training I recieved expenses for my travel which is great!
As of right now I am unsure because I am currently in the training process. However I am sure that there are many opportunities outside of work, and if there wasnt im sure they would be open to creating these opportunities

Capgemini is an execellent company, they are a peoples company and offer a lot of opportunites!
As soon as you see it is open to apply then do it! Make sure your CV is up to date and to a good standard, when it comes to interviews/phone interviews make sure you take time to think about potential answers/questions
