I have regular training and mentor meetings which help me develop. we use retain to stay organised and plan ahead
Kaplan is a good college which gives a lot of support even outside of course times. The tutors all have a great experience and knowledge
Grant Thornton pay for college and provide us with study leave in order to be able to study. They also have regular training updates to help build my technical abilities
My salary meets my costs
The social committee puts on many events which are good to get to know people in other departments etc.
