Audit associate - performing small tasks on audit assignments, liaising with clients, attending meetings, undertaking training.
Through training, learned about accountancy and appropriate legislation. Learned about internal workings of businesses large and small. Developed my IT skills (mainly excel) and learned to use some completely new softwares.
People are great, the company runs with people in mind. many social events and work events run throughout the year. Many chances to get involved. Company is very receptive to feedback and will always aim to ensure you are comfortable and challenged.
Despite being the lowest level of employee, the company ensures that your opinion is heard. 360 degree feedback ensures you can broadcast your opinions and allows a more close-knit atmosphere
Fairly well structured, though the organisation of exams feels quite ad-hoc. There is plenty of time given for training and study leave is nearly always granted.
Training provider supports 24/7 if you have queries and has many online facilities to aid study.
Monthly training and quarterly catchups on new legislation. Company has their own sleep-in training facility that all levels of employee attend for a week at a time. this teaches them new skills and improves existing ones.
Salary vastly exceeds costs, with extraincome received from mileage expense.
Monthly social events within the office to build rapport. Regular business events and networking opportunities are offered.

Great, growing employer that is always looking to push and develop its employees. Multi-national company, so there is plenty of opportunity in other countries if you like travel.
Keep an open mind, as you will be given many opportunities and chances to express yourself. Do some reading on the different service lines available, and make n educated decision which one you would like to apply to. getting an understanding of the services offered helps greatly in face to face interviews.
