On a day to day basic's I am starting with early morning meetings from India discussion what is the best solution with Clarity. I am also discussing what the best way foward as a portfolio analyst will be.
I have learnt how to communication with many different barriers which may get in the way. I have also learnt on an internal training course what is the minim expected to be as a project manager.
I really love this program as it is an opportunity to allow me to flourish and grow as a person as well as helping the business.
I feel really valued as an apprentice as I am gaining more experience while Unilever are offering me more opportunities within the company.
I believe my program is really well structured even thought there can be communication issues between me and my assort which has no relation to Unilever.
I believe that I receive and menses amount of help from my training provider in terms I have recently been ill and they have helped me through ensuring that I would lack behind in my work.
I believe that I receive enough support but the communication links could be widely improved. This would help better my experience within the company.
My salary for an apprentice is amazing and is more hightly paid than most I do believe they have the ability to up the income slightly as the living and travel costs are becoming more expeensive.
I would not have the ability to comment upon this question as I have never needed the opportunity to do so in the first place.
