I feel very valued by EY. I feel like an important part of the team.
My programme is very well organised with specific training course set out throughout the year to help develop your skills and prepare you for different tasks when out at a client. The college and exam work is also planned carefully.
We receive as much support as we would require. It is up to us to ask any questions and any that I have asked so far have been answered promptly.
I receive as much support as I need. We have counsellors who we can go to ask any questions as well as all of our colleagues that we work with on a day to day basis.
I think that the salary is good for a first year school leaver programme and any excessive travelling is all paid for including meals and accommodation.
We have company events and gatherings all the time and can be sometimes hard to attend all of them!
