My role is to ensure the safety and well being of all the children and staff. I am responsible for supporting and scaffolding the children's learning and development and building strong health work relationships with children and parents.
I have learned how to work with children in a professional setting and how to communicate with different age groups according to different ages and stages of development.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme. I feel confident that I have the support I need in order to complete my programme and move forward.
I feel that I am a valued member of the team. I feel that my workplace values my opinions and takes them on board. I feel they appreciate the input I have made Towards the company the same way I appreciate all the company has given to support me in return.
The programme is very well structured. It was organised from the beginning and we were all informed of what to expect. We were run through all of our modules and how they would be delivered and what to expect to learn from those experiences and know how it would support us with our qualification.
There's no doubt that if I ever need a question answered that I can turn to my training provider and have my questions answered.
My employer is a great source of support. I feel confident to turn to all of the lovely ladies and receive the support that I need.
There's no question about it that the salary exceeds a lot of other apprenticeship programmes so this was a massive opportunity to work while gaining a qualification whilst still being able manage living costs
Many events run throughout the year to promote the apprenticeship programme As well as other events to promote the company.
