on a day to day basic I spend most time working on sight with the more experienced engineers learning about the site and how everything works
I have learnt lots of new skills, not just physically skills but ones that can help me interact with others around me in the future as well as being training in the job
the team work at gsk is amazing and shows how when everyone works together it mean you can achieve anything. I have met many new people and have gained lots of skills so far
I fell like a member of the team even if I'm only an apprentice. I have lots of important responsibilities that effect myself and my colleges so having a scene of value means I complete them tot he best of my abilities
the programme is very well organised and although sometimes communication between the college and gsk isn't always the bets it is resolved fast and everything is sorted well
yes they are always keen to make sure we are working hard and our lessons are correct for our jobs so that we are getting the best education possible.
the employer is very supportive and offers financial help and other resources to maintain a positive learning environment that means I can learn everything well
the salary is very good for my age and added bonuses are always helpful, I now have more freedom for when I'm not working or at college
I have already been on an apprentice trip with work hat was all paid for to the lake district. this was a very rewarding and educational experience that has changed the way I work
Yes
overall this is the most rewarding and fun experience I have had. I get rewarded for working at college as well as the hands on experience of an actual organisation
be confident and have a passion for wanting to help someone who needs the products we produce. always have an open and friendly attitude towards working and try your hardest
