i am a store apprentice and my daily tasks are working with customers and working on the shop floor to ensure the shop runs smoothly and to makesure the customers get the products they want.
i have learnt a lot of skills this year such as customer service skills, i have also been able to work on my confidence, throughout the year ive been able to build on my confidence i have also learned to work both independently and in a team.
I enjoy what i do and it was above all of my expectations, also the team that i work with are great and i have been able to get to know them.
very valued everything i say or do is taken into account in order for me to reach my full potential, i also recieve lots of help along the way to makesure i am doing things correctly.
very well organised i had my induction where i went in was told what will happen throughout my first year and who i will be working with then i began my training where i was giving books on learning the Aldi procedures and i also began my practical training, i receive lots of support along the way.
i receive lots of support any questions or queries i have she is able to answer for me.
Throughout the year i have received loads of support both of my manager and other colleagues any problems i struggle with or anything i need help with they help me achieve and teach me to be able to do it myself instead and any questions i have they are able to answer
