On a daily basis my role at schneider electric at the current moment is in the quality department suporting genie evo productionline. I am interacting with the line operatives and other parts of the business to rectify any issues that arise.
the skills i have learnt at schneider is ho to interact with cusstionser on a more profesional scale and to focus on more than one thing at a time that are important with deadlines.
the program i am on is enjoyable becuse the people i work with are happy and fun. we get apertunites to do things that are fun at schneider electric.
At schneider electric we are valed because we are the new up and coming people at schenider electric. we are told about different courses to go one.
The program i am on is very well struchered but sometimes we dont know what is happening but if we ask our manager he will tell us what is happening so we will know.
My training provider gives us support when we need it. if we have any issues we contact him and he will sort it out as soon as possible if he can it will there and then on the phone if not it will be as soon as he can.
From our employer if we need support it is there from mangaers and HR. if we have a problem our managers will support us in what is needed in the same way HR will.
at schneider electric the salary is good. sometimes it may be a little short so over time is needed sometimes just to boost the amount we get paid a month to help out
At schneider electric there are not really many opertunites outside of work as there have a fun day once every year in the carpark and did an event for an aniversary. we also went on site to watch a transformer being installed but it was already installed.

I would recomend schneider to others bec ause the company will look afetr you and make sure you are supported in your choises and they are very profesional and globaly known.
the tips and advice for someone applying to schneider electric would be to be strong and determind to sucseed in life and what you are wanting to do because schneider will push you.
